Terms of use

Last updated October 25, 2026

Nowpane is a free service run by the Nowpane support team. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information is provided as is

Nowpane gathers public information from other organizations (see sources). Weather, alerts, opening hours, events and road closures can be late, incomplete or wrong. Every card shows how old its data is. Always check the original source before you rely on something.

Not for safety, emergencies or navigation

• Weather alerts shown here are summaries. For warnings and safety decisions, follow the National Weather Service, local officials and emergency alerts on your phone.
• Road closure information is not for navigation. Check Mi Drive or official signs.
• In an emergency, call 911.

Third-party content

Data and links from other sources remain under those sources' own terms. Opening hours are © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Acceptable use

Please don't overload the service, scrape it automatically, or try to break or misuse it. We may limit access to protect the service for everyone.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it or relying on its information.

Changes

We may change or stop the service, or update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
